Placer Garage Co. provides garage cleanout, garage reclamation, hauling coordination, organization, disposal coordination, and related services in Placer County and surrounding areas.

Services may be performed by IslandPRL Fitness Incorporated dba Placer Garage Co. or by service providers, subcontractors, vendors, or contractors working to fulfill requested services.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline service at our sole discretion.

Section 3 — Estimates and Appointments

Submitting a contact form, quiz, or consent form does not create a confirmed appointment or guarantee service availability.

Appointments, estimates, and project details are confirmed only after we review your inquiry and provide written, phone, email, or SMS confirmation.

Estimates may be based on information, photos, descriptions, or access details you provide. Final pricing may change based on actual project scope, volume, labor required, disposal requirements, access conditions, safety concerns, or other factors discovered during the appointment or service.

Section 4 — Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service location information, project details, access instructions, and any relevant safety or property information.

Customers are responsible for identifying items that should not be removed, discarded, donated, recycled, or relocated.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to authorize removal, disposal, donation, or handling of items at the service location.

We are not responsible for items removed based on customer instructions or items not clearly identified as items to keep.

Section 5 — Service Limitations

We may decline to handle or remove certain items, including hazardous materials, chemicals, biohazards, illegal items, firearms, ammunition, medical waste, or other restricted materials.

Disposal, donation, recycling, or hauling options may vary based on local rules, facility requirements, and service provider availability.

Section 6 — Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may be provided at the time of appointment confirmation. We ask that customers provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel service due to weather, safety concerns, access issues, scheduling conflicts, subcontractor availability, or other operational reasons.

Section 7 — Payment

Payment terms, pricing, deposits, and accepted payment methods may be provided at the time of estimate or appointment confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon completion of service.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation of future services and collection efforts as permitted by law.

Section 8 — Liability

We take reasonable care when performing or coordinating services. However, garage cleanout, hauling, organization, disposal, and related services may involve moving heavy objects, working in confined spaces, handling dusty or cluttered areas, and accessing garages, driveways, or other property areas.

IslandPRL Fitness Incorporated dba Placer Garage Co. is not liable for pre-existing property damage, normal wear and tear, hidden conditions, improperly stored items, structural issues, or damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete customer instructions, except where prohibited by law.

By using our services, customers acknowledge and accept these limitations.

Section 9 — Photos and Media

If you provide photos or videos of your garage, project area, or items, you authorize us to use them for the purpose of evaluating your inquiry, providing estimates, coordinating services, and performing requested work.

We will not publicly post identifiable customer photos for marketing purposes without permission.

Section 10 — SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form or consent form, you agree to receive text messages from IslandPRL Fitness Incorporated dba Placer Garage Co. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. SMS consent is not a condition of service or purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe.
